Black Friday Power Mixer This is one heck-uv-a mixer for the money. The last sound system I bought was a 6 channel Peavey mixer in 1976. It only had volume, treble, bass, balance and reverb. And it cost over 3 tmes this much!

I go right into playing wih this.
I used cheap and expensive microphones and man it’s tough to distinguish between them. Condenser Mic sounds very full. Electric Guitar, Electric/acoustic and acoustic through the condenser mic all sound better than ever. Phantom power works on all channels.

I hooked this up to a pair of Behringer B215XL speakers and it is an unbelievable combination in sound power and quality.

MAKE SURE YOU BUY SPEAKER CABLES WITH SPEAKON CONNECTIONS!!!
This mixer will not work with regular speaker cables.
They should tell you at time of purchase but they do not.
I got 25′ cables with Speakon terms on both ends and oh man the power is unbelievable.

I can’t wait to get in front of a large venue and crank these suckers up.

Black Friday Violin I ordered my violin with 1-day shipping and they weren’t kidding. I had the violin in my possession and signed for within 24 hours! First off the case is a good quality hard plastic case with secure fasteners on either end to ensure the violin stay protected. When I opened it I was so surprised to see a ton of extra stuff I didn’t know came with it! It came with an extra bridge, extra set of strings and two bows! Like previous reviews have stated(and were wrong) the strings were not too tight so when I tune it I hardly doubt the strings will snap. The violin itself seems to be in great condition. I don’t see any flaws on it at all. The rosin I will not lie is a cheap quality so your probably better off going to a music store to buy a different rosin. All in all this is a great violin that sounds great and I’m going to have so much fun with it. Hope this was helpful.

And another reviews… First its been about 10 years since I’ve played and was only a decent player. I would like to point out LOOK at the picture and you’ll notice that the back of the neck is not stained. This is how mine came to me. This is only an ascetic issue at this point. Open up the case and everything was in order and strings were loose. I would suggest using the Chromatic option on the tuner instead of selecting the violin option on it for tuning. Took about a day for my strings to finish stretching to where they weren’t horrible out of tune when I went to play. Bows were in good shape. Shoulder rest was a little compact one that slides into itself. Making easy to store in case. Rosin appears decent, my tip is to scratch up the surface a little before applying to bow. Bonus item, I got a microfiber cleaning cloth that wasn’t listed in the description. Sound wise, its about the same as when I was in high school,decent but not professional sounding.

Black Friday Yamaha Piano I did a lot of research before choosing this keyboard. I looked at it at Fry’s Electronics store but they only had the “demonstrator” and it was VERY, VERY used! Due to it’s condition, they offered me the “killer” deal of a whopping 5% discount! I went to Amazon.com and found the exact same Yamaha model but, unlike the one at Fry’s, the one from Amazon.com included a power adapter, a nice set of stereo headphones, AND a sturdy, adjustable stand…all at the same price. The value was incredible. The keyboard itself was awesome. I’ve played at playing the piano and various keyboards for over 50 years…always as a relaxing pastime and never devoting the time and practice needed to get “good”. This Yamaha YPG-235 makes me GOOD! The built in styles, “voices”, effects, etc., coupled with the ability to upload thousands of other sounds from the Internet via the built in USB port which connects it to your PC makes this the most advanced and awesome sounding instrument I’ve ever seen (or heard!)! I love it!!

Black Friday Casio Keyboard It’s very important to note that this does *not* have a MIDI-out slot, therefore it will *not* work with the Rock Band 3 MIDI-Pro adapter. If you’re looking for an actual keyboard to use with Rock Band, then continue your search, fellow gaming traveler.

Otherwise, it’s a very nice beginner piano. The piano itself feels great and all the different sound tones that you can play with provide lots of variety. It’s also extremely helpful to see on the screen which note is being played as well as which finger should be touching the key that plays that note. The song book that comes with it also helps provide a good learning curve.
